One apex, three ways in
The Assessment is the apex: a full, entity-level review of how a company governs its use of AI. The three supporting lines are narrower and can be commissioned on their own. They run both ways, as a considered way to start before the full review, or as focused work that follows it.
The Assessment
The entity-level review. A fixed method applied to the company as a whole, across the value chain, reported to the board. This is the flagship engagement, timed to the reporting cycle.
Disclosure Integrity Review
A bounded entry engagement. We take every AI claim in a company's public disclosure and grade it against the evidence, map the obligations that apply, and leave the audit committee with three questions it should be able to answer. Three to four weeks. The fee is credited against a full Assessment.
Transparency Workflow Review
Article 50 applied to the workflows a company actually runs and the artefacts it publishes: provenance metadata, watermarks and labels, and whether they survive the publishing pipeline. Synthetic imagery is covered here. Two weeks, standalone or as an add-on.
Strategy and Risk for Boards
An all-in-one programme delivered with trusted specialist partner firms: diagnosis, then a board presentation with leadership training and simulation alongside it, then operational runtime governance. The training, simulation and runtime are partner-delivered. Tollivar's role stays review and guidance, which keeps the review independent.
Not sure where to start? Most boards begin with the Disclosure Integrity Review and move to the full Assessment. Request a conversation and we will point you to the right entry.
